Have you got a question about what is happening with traded services while schools are largely closed? We have put together the attached FAQ sheet, which we hope will tell you everything you need to know. But if you've got any other questions please email firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Impact of Coronavirus on Traded Services
In the light of the government's advice on minimising contact with others the council is enacting its business continuity plans to ensure that critical services are able to run, whilst carefully winding down non-critical services while the council seeks to manage the impacts of the pandemic.
In practice this means that some staff involved in the delivery of traded services to schools, including Vicky Snagg and Alison Critchley, will be working from home rather than from the office. The best way of contacting us will therefore be via the traded services inbox (email@example.com) rather than by phone.
We are conscious that year end for maintained schools is coming up and are working to get all ad hoc charges for the current financial year to you by the end of the month. We are also working to ensure so far as possible that all traded services for the 2020-22 period are available for schools to buy from when the schools are due to return after the Easter holiday on 20 April 2020.
If you have any queries or concerns please contact us via the traded services inbox.
